Quick & Easy Grass Fed Beef Preparation

Pan Fried Grass Fed Beef Steak - Coat a skillet with a thin layer of Olive Oil and heat the pan on medium high. Salt and pepper your steak and cook 4-6 minutes per side. Let rest for 5 minutes on a platter.

Steaks On the Grill - Heat your coals or gas grill. Rub olive oil on your steaks and salt and pepper them. Cook on hot grill 4-6 minutes per side. Let rest for at least 5 minutes before enjoying.

Super Easy Crock Pot Beef Roast
3 lb frozen Ben's Grass Fed Beef Chuck roast
3/4 liter Burgundy
1 thinly sliced onion
1 beef or vegetable bullion cube
1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
1 Bay Leaf
2 Cups Water

Throw all ingredients (including frozen beef) in a crock pot, set on low and cook all day - about 8 hours.


Ground Beef - Versatile & Economical

Burgers On the Grill - Mix together Ben's Grass Fed ground beef, chopped onion, salt & pepper, Worcestershire sauce and any other seasonings that you like. Heat your coals or gas grill and grease the grill. Cook burgers 5 minutes per side. You can add a slice of cheese for the last two minutes of cooking.

Meat Balls - Each pound of meat makes about 25-36 meatballs, depending on size. These freeze well.
2 eggs
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 pounds Ben's lean ground beef
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. pepper

In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add all remaining ingredients. Mix well with hands. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place meatballs in single layers on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until cooked throughout.

Meat Loaf - Total Recipe Time: 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes
Makes 8 servings

2 pounds Ben's ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 large egg
Salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion,milk, egg, salt and pepper in large bowl, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Shape beef mixture into 10 x 4-inch loaf on rack in broiler pan. Bake in 350ºF oven 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours, until instant-read thermometer inserted into center registers 160°F.
